Princess style wedding dress

Many girls dream of a fairy tale; on the wedding day, each of them has a chance to transform and feel charming, feminine and unusually attractive. This is due not only to the magical atmosphere that pervades every moment, but also to the careful selection of every detail of your image, including the wedding dress.

A wedding dress in the princess style, which in cut is very similar to a ball gown, has long been a classic. It appeared at the beginning of the 19th century and has since enjoyed enormous love and well-deserved recognition among the fair sex. The outfit of the A-silhouette produces a dizzying effect, smooths out the imperfections of the figure and emphasizes the advantages. There are several variations in the length of the outfit: the most popular are the “floor” models, but short and asymmetrical dresses have also found their admirers.

Features of A-line dress
The characteristic features of this decoration is a fluffy skirt, which gradually expands to the bottom, a tight corset, a well-defined waist line. This dress is not cut at the waistline and is one-piece. Embossed seams are laid along the entire length of the model, which create a silhouette, and so that the skirt does not lose its shape, additional petticoats on the rings are used.

Most often, the dress is sewn from light fabrics: organza, lace, silk, chiffon, then the image of the bride will be more delicate and light, but at the same time the materials drop in light waves and hold pleats and folds well. If you want a more formal outfit, it will be made of materials with a denser structure – taffeta, satin, dense silk, such models hold their shape better and give the bride a truly royal charm.

The main part of the dress’s jewelry is concentrated on the corset – it is sewing from silver or golden threads, lace, beads, rhinestones and other decor elements. The outfit will become more feminine if a ribbon is tied under the chest or a beautiful hem is made. Basically, a princess-style wedding dress implies thin straps or bare shoulders, asymmetric models are also interesting, which will make the bride’s image unique and add a twist to it.

Who needs a princess outfit?
Models of this style are recognized as universal, brides in such dresses look weightless, airy and ephemeral, and correctly selected accessories will help to complement the romantic image. A veil and a diadem are suitable for this, the hairstyle should be neat, if possible open shoulders and neck, but also a few flowing curls, as if dropping out of the hairstyle, will look very feminine. Shoes should be chosen with high heels, but it is better not to overdo it with jewelry – bulky jewelry can make the image heavier, so give preference to elegant headsets.

A-line dress disguises full hips, visually expands narrow, emphasizes graceful curves of the waist. For girls with beautiful breasts, models with beautiful cuts have been created, but owners of small sizes should pay attention to models with closed cutouts and elegant drapery. Visually lengthen the legs with a dress with a high waist. The only category of brides to whom the ball gown does not fit is miniature short girls: in the abundance of lace and ruffle, in a fluffy skirt they will not seem higher, which means that it is worth looking at models with a less magnificent bottom.

A wedding dress in the Princess style is an opportunity to feel like a queen at your own wedding and at least for one day go back to a real fairy tale!
